Christmas crumpets! Normally I don’t have any waste in my sourdough starter process, but I’ve been generating just a little extra every time I feed it so I could have enough unfed starter to make Christmas morning crumpets. They’re very tasty and this is the best top I’ve gottent yet. A nice start to 10 days of vacation!
