Despite it being Thanksgiving weekend I haven’t yet managed to so much as bake a pumpkin pie. I did, however, pull Bubbles (my sourdough starter) out of cryosleep and make a loaf of sourdough. There’s just something especially nourishing about fresh bread! Perhaps I’ll manage to bake a pie tomorrow…
